Bajaj CT100 has come up with price reduction of its beginner-level commuter bike CT100. While the CT100 KS has seen a reduction of up to Rs. 7000, the CT100 saw price deduction of Rs. 1939. Thanks to the reduction that it now gets affordable for the interested customers. The Bajaj CT100 is now available at starting price of Rs. 30,714 (ex-showroom, New Delhi).
The Bajaj CT100 is presently available in three variants and now it is the bestselling bike. Available in 100 cc segment, the bike works amazing for all terrains.
The Bajaj motorcycle is powered by a 99.2 cc single-cylinder, air-cooled engine with a 4-speed transmission. The engine features 8bhp of peak power at 7500 rpm and 8.05 Nm of peak torque at 4,500 rpm. On the contrary, the Bajaj CT100 ES Alloy variant comes powered by a little bigger 102 cc single-cylinder, air-cooled engine paired with a 4-speed transmission. This engine features 7.5 bhp of peak power at 7,500 rpm and 8.24 Nm of peak torque at 5,500 rpm.
This robust commuter bike uses telescopic front suspension and twin shock absorbers at the back. The motorcycle uses drum brakes on both the front and rear end for braking duty. Bajaj CT100 is now a strong competition to its rivals like Hero HF Dawn, TVS Sport and Hero Splendor iSmart. With the CT100’s reduction in pricing, Bajaj Company is now anticipating to witness higher sales for the motorcycle in the semi-urban and rural areas of India.
